Conditions of Entry

  1. Entries will be accepted into more than one category. However only one entry per category per entrant.

  2. Entries close on Monday 3 October 2016. Entry title, description, music and presentation concept must be decided and confirmed by this date.

  3. Central Craft reserves the right to re-categorise entries if necessary.

  4. Entries must be original concepts designed and created by the artist/s and completed in the last twelve months.

  5. No entries made out of perishable materials will be considered for the Central Craft Acquisition Award.

  6. All WAA pieces must be brought to Araluen Theatre on Monday 31 October 2016. Further details will be advised once entries are confirmed.

  7. All models/performers must be available for tech and dress rehearsals on the evenings of Thursday 3 and Friday 4 November 2016.

  8. The same models/performers must be available for all rehearsals and afternoon and evening shows on Saturday 5 November 2016.

  9. Performances must run for a minimum of one minute and maximum of one and a half minutes in duration.

  10. Non-acquired winners may be asked to lend their creations to Central Craft for possible future exhibitions/events.

  11. All reasonable care will be taken with pieces; however Central Craft will accept no responsibility for the damage or loss of pieces.

  12. By entering the Wearable Art Awards it is understood that the entrant gives permission to Central Australian Territory Craft Inc, to use images and recordings of the event for promotional purposes.
